Having started in Recruitment in 2009, Jack has run highly successful desks in both the public and private sector, whilst managing teams of up to 14 consultants. Jack has both UK and International recruitment experience and founded Imperium People during covid initially to help his contacts find new roles. The business grew from strength to strength. Jack is an avid book reader, Lego enthusiast and cricket lover.
Lisa Marsden
With over 15 years of Recruitment experience, this new Director is a specialist in the Construction, Property, Infrastructure, Energy & Engineering industry sectors. With extensive UK and international experience, this new director is a huge History Geek, loves to travel and loves everything sports related.

Who are we?
Established in 2021, our Founder and CEO Jack Marsden, identified an opportunity within the recruitment industry to do things differently. COVID-19 hit the recruitment industry very hard, but emerging out of that was an opportunity to reshape the way recruitment is undertaken and to give something back into the world of work.
